New Hampshire doctors said Granite Staters are already experiencing vaccine fatigue and are less willing to get another round of booster shots than they were last fall, but the virus could likely spike again.

"I will warn people that for the last two winters, we've had a major spike in early January," said Dr. Justin Kim, of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. "And we hope that doesn't happen, but it may happen. And probably the main function of this booster will be to prevent a spike like that from happening."
